Owner Operators that would like to join our Lease Program can take advantage of our low commission rates. With load pay ratios starting at 80%, our goal is to keep you on board with us so that you can experience working for a company that values its drivers. Some of the benefits include:

• Must be 21 years of age required per DOT regulations
• 2 years of driving experience preferred
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• HazMat Endorsement not required, but preferred
• TWIC ID (Transportation Worker Identification Card)
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical
• Physical activities include: standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), twisting, turning, climbing a ladder, etc.
• Must be able to provide an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Other requirements may apply

• Assigned Fuel Card
• NJ EZ-Pass with no admin fees, only actual toll charges
• Permits
• DOT Inspections
